What is Thirsty Layers?
Thirsty Layers designs and prints self-watering planters on a 3D printer. Each one has a water tank at the bottom and a cone of soil that carries water up to the plant, so there's no rope and nothing to plug in.
Every piece is printed to order, so the shop stays small and each planter gets attention.
Why "layers"?
A 3D printer builds things one thin layer at a time. The logo, a water drop made of stacked layers, is a nod to that.
